Vision & Mission

My personal approach as a vocal coach is not about learning to sing perfectly. It is about your unique voice and how you can optimize it. While singing, we learn to know and accept our own voice without judgment. Both people with and without a musical background benefit from this method. The sound and vibration of your voice can have a healing effect, especially for those who struggle with fear of failure, stress and insecurity. I am happy to help you feel happy and free. While singing, you connect with your body and mind and work on a positive self-image.

This way you can make your voice heard in a relaxed and confident manner.

Workshop

Mindful singing! Workshop Sing your zen

During a sing your zen workshop we will sing and vibrate in a group! This is a journey of discovery to our own sound and the harmony with others.

We learn to sing and listen, without judgement.

We improvise on repetitive rhythms and melodies.

Through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, voice liberation and body movement, we sing ourselves into complete zen.

Group session (workshop series)

In this workshop series of consecutive sessions, the voice is central. In a safe environment, in an intimate circle, we go on a journey of discovery to our own sound. We take the time to discover our unique voice and how we can make it vibrate in a group.

We learn to sing and listen, without judgement.

We improvise on repetitive rhythms and melodies.

Through breathing exercises, yoga of the neck and shoulders, relaxation techniques, voice liberation and singing together, we sing ourselves completely zen.
